- Collaborate with a team of 6 MDs, an RN, and 4 MAs in an inpatient/acute care setting
- Support complex surgical procedures, including EVD placement, lumbar drain, and ICP monitor placement
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic taps, suturing, and primary surgical care
- Participate in rounds and patient management for adult patients
- Document medical care accurately using Epic EMR system
- Assist in managing patient care plans and coordinate with the healthcare teamWhat You Need
- Required: Active South Carolina medical license, Board Certification in Neurosurgery
- Experience: Prior neurosurgical experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Key Skills: Surgical skills, patient management, teamwork, strong communication
- Preferred: Experience working in inpatient setting, ability to handle complex casesAbout the Assignment
