Mechanical Valve Technician
Are you mechanically inclined with great attention to detail? Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Mechanical Valve Technician! This full-time role focuses on supporting the repair, maintenance, and calibration of essential mechanical components to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine repair, preventative maintenance, and calibration on valves, proflo valves, ovens, and freezers used in manufacturing.
• Proactively monitor component status to prevent production delays and ensure continuous workflow.
• Work under the guidance of senior personnel while reporting to the site supervisor.
• Safely operate basic hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain accurate records and track items using basic computer programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Prior hands-on experience repairing or maintaining mechanical subsystems; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices (e.g., micrometers), and basic PC skills (including Microsoft Excel).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, high reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Comfort working in a temperature-controlled cleanroom environment, wearing required PPE (smocks, head covers, gloves, boots).
• Ability to stand or work at a workbench for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
