Responsibilities

• Advise on employment law compliance and workforce matters
• Draft and negotiate business transactions, shareholder and operating agreements
• Prepare and review non-compete and restrictive covenants
• Represent clients in business disputes and dispute resolution
• Manage matters independently while collaborating with firm attorneys
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support business development

Key requirements

• Maryland bar in good standing
• DC and Virginia admission preferred
• 5+ years in employment, business and corporate matters
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Portable book of business welcomed
