Responsibilities
  • Build, develop, and manage new and existing business client relationships
  • Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions aligned with client goals
  • Assess client banking needs, collect and process account information
  • Educate clients on deposit, loan products, and services; recommend suitable solutions
  • Serve as the primary advisor to business clients to foster long-term relationships
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Four to five years of relevant experience
  • Strong relationship management and business development abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
  • Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting; commercial credit training preferred
  • Understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis
  • Knowledge of bank products to identify opportunities
  • Ability to collaborate across the company to manage client relationships
