- Assess client banking needs, collect and process account information
- Educate clients on deposit, loan products, and services; recommend suitable solutions
- Serve as the primary advisor to business clients to foster long-term relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Four to five years of relevant experience
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
- Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting; commercial credit training preferred
- Understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis
- Knowledge of bank products to identify opportunities
- Ability to collaborate across the company to manage client relationships
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
