Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain end-to-end process standards, maps, standard work, and documentation; update with evolving needs
  • Standardize processes across functions to reduce variation and align KPIs and controls
  • Maintain ERP/BS platforms documentation (including M3) for accuracy and audit readiness
  • Monitor process performance and identify efficiency and quality improvements
  • Lead cross-functional projects from scope to sustainment with risk mitigation and stakeholder coordination
  • Develop training materials and drive adoption of new processes and systems (including M3 initiatives)
  • Partner with multiple functions to gather requirements, develop solutions, and drive operational excellence
  • Facilitate workshops to resolve issues and achieve consensus on business solutions
  • Provide regular progress updates and data-driven insights to leadership
Key requirements
  • 3-5+ years in fabrication, manufacturing operations, or process improvement
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing/industrial setting
  • Process documentation, KPI development, and change management experience
  • Strong analytical and process-mapping skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
