As Fabrication Business Process Coordinator, you own end-to-end process performance for the Justin, TX fabrication facility, ensuring standards and controls are aligned across functions. You drive standardization, documentation, and KPI alignment while enabling cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT. You lead cross-functional improvements and training initiatives to scale process excellence, with a focus on consistency and audit readiness. - Own and maintain end-to-end process standards, maps, standard work, and documentation; update with evolving needs
- Standardize processes across functions to reduce variation and align KPIs and controls
- Maintain ERP/BS platforms documentation (including M3) for accuracy and audit readiness
- Monitor process performance and identify efficiency and quality improvements
- Lead cross-functional projects from scope to sustainment with risk mitigation and stakeholder coordination
- Develop training materials and drive adoption of new processes and systems (including M3 initiatives)
- Partner with multiple functions to gather requirements, develop solutions, and drive operational excellence
- Facilitate workshops to resolve issues and achieve consensus on business solutions
- Provide regular progress updates and data-driven insights to leadership
- 3-5+ years in fabrication, manufacturing operations, or process improvement
- Experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Process documentation, KPI development, and change management experience
- Strong analytical and process-mapping skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
