Responsibilities
  • Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards to improve visibility and enable proactive decisions
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and financial datasets for FP&A across ICS, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Integrate data from ERP, CRM, financial databases, and operations to create unified datasets
  • Collaborate with IT, data science, and other departments to ensure data alignment and integrity
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices within finance
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting processes, data workflows, and data quality
  • Stay current with industry trends in data management technologies and practices
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in finance or data management, with 2+ years in data infrastructure/dataset development
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R; experience with SAP, Oracle; Power BI; strong financial modeling
  • Ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes and explain implications to leaders
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills; comfortable with large, complex data sets
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills; can distill complex issues into insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive work forward independently
