Senior Manager, Finance Managed Services - Controllership & Record-to-Report Technology, Media, & Telecom Industry

In this Senior Manager role, you lead the growth of Deloitte's Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services within the Technology, Media & Telecom sector. You shape client solutions, drive deal flow, and oversee mobilization and delivery to ensure high-quality finance operations. You work closely with senior leaders to craft differentiated delivery models and value propositions, guiding teams to transform finance operations. The role combines accounting expertise with strategic delivery leadership to scale managed services and client impact. You'll engage with CFOs and finance leaders, delivering measurable improvements in controllership and reporting.

• Lead and shape Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services solutions for the Technology, Media & Telecom Industry
• Drive business development activities including proposals, client presentations, and responses for Finance Operate opportunities
• Provide senior leadership for Finance Operate deal flow, including pipeline management and solution governance
• Collaborate with Deloitte leaders to develop differentiated client solutions, operating models, and value propositions
• Oversee engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance, transition planning, service management, and quality assurance
• Advise CFOs and finance leaders on controllership modernization and R2R transformation
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement in finance operations
• Mentor and develop teams, and contribute to account development and knowledge sharing

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, R2R, or finance transformation
• 6+ years of experience in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations
• 6+ years of experience in Technology, Media & Telecom industry or serving TM&T clients
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to solutioning, sales pursuits, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams, complex projects, or cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to communicate with and influence senior client and executive stakeholders
• Ability to travel 50%
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
