You will manage budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial modeling to deliver timely, accurate insights. Responsibilities
  • Partner with branch leadership to guide strategic decisions with financial insight
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Analyze performance, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations
  • Prepare and review financial reports, variance analyses, and regular business reporting
  • Oversee branch accounting with SSC for accurate month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, and vendor payments
  • Ensure compliance with policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements (audits/taxes)
  • Drive process improvements, standardize procedures, and implement best practices across finance operations
  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance, SSC, Sales, Operations, and Real Estate on initiatives and special projects
  • Build cross-functional relationships and act as the primary financial advisor for the branch
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Key requirements
  • Five (5) years of progressive finance or accounting experience
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in advertising, media, or related industry preferred
  • Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-to-insights ability
  • Experience managing large data sets and developing financial models
  • Knowledge of financial controls and risk management practices
  • Experience with Workday Financials preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting to leaders
