In this FP&A leadership role, you will drive capital generation analysis and own the annual budget process. You will lead a team responsible for management and regulatory reporting, translating complex data into clear presentations for senior stakeholders. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with regulatory and management needs, and steer cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead a team within FP&A for management reporting and some regulatory deliverables
• Prepare capital-related reporting packages for senior management and governance committees
• Oversee budget creation, forecasting, and ongoing performance evaluation
• Collaborate with business units, Actuarial, Risk, Treasury, Tax, and Accounting to align forecasts
• Engage in cross-functional initiatives and potentially lead projects
• Develop team talent through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning
• Ensure work is performed in a strong control environment
• May act as a process owner for certain duties

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
• Ten years of accounting/finance experience including five years of supervisory/management experience
• Strong people management skills
• Effective written and oral communication across diverse audiences
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Excel and financial business systems
