Overview

Join Collins Aerospace to lead the financial management for the Prime Transformation initiative, a company-wide modernization effort. You will partner with DT Finance, PMO, and project managers to deliver accurate forecasts, cost control, and timely reporting. This role operates in a fast-paced transformation environment, leveraging SAP, COBRA, Planview, and Excel to drive financial discipline. You'll shape how labor and investments support enterprise-wide improvements and digital modernization.

Responsibilities

• Labor tracking: monitor and reconcile transformation labor hours with project plans; support labor forecasting and cost center validation.
• Forecasting and financial management: manage Forecast On-Time Delivery (Forecast OTD); maintain and validate workstream forecasts in Planview; perform variance analysis and communicate with stakeholders.
• Financial operations: perform accruals, manage project charging issues, and assist with capital vs. expense determinations (eCARs); track budgets and funding changes.
• Project setup and governance: set up charge codes, assist with new project setup, and coordinate with DT Finance and business units on actuals.
• Vendor and SRM: process SRM carts and support supplier-related financial activities.
• Reporting and collaboration: prepare project investment summaries and present variances to PMO and leadership; work with project managers to implement corrective actions.

Key requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience (or an Advanced Degree with 7 years)
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with COBRA, SAP, Planview, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
