In this role you lead risk and content quality for credit card processes, shaping risk governance and regulatory initiatives. You partner with business and RCA teams to strengthen risk management and translate complex requirements into clear actions. You drive strategic improvements, leveraging deep regulatory insight to minimize losses and ensure compliant operations. This position offers impact across business lines and opportunities to influence risk posture from day one.

- Create, implement, and maintain an effective risk management framework in collaboration with business and RCA partners
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions
- Identify gaps and propose solutions to reduce losses from weak processes or human error
- Identify, respond to, and escalate risks as appropriate
- Serve as a liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense
- Typically more than eight years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends affecting the business line
- Understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls
- Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skills
- Effective communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
