Overview

In this role you will lead the Money Management Finance & Strategy team to provide rigorous financial analysis that guides portfolio growth. You will partner with product leaders to shape strategy, forecast revenue, and set monetization priorities. Your work will translate complex numbers into clear guidance for executives and drive scalable analytics infrastructure, including AI-enabled tooling. This leadership role offers a chance to impact Stripe's Money Management portfolio (Payouts, FX, Treasury, Capital, Issuing) at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue forecasting and performance management across Money Management, including volume trends and unit economics
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models reflecting underlying product drivers
• Establish and maintain key business metrics and KPIs for new and existing products
• Present performance in leadership forums with actionable insights
• Drive strategy and decision-making through rigorous financial analysis and product/industry expertise
• Lead quarterly forecast and annual strategic financial planning
• Develop long-range models with scenario analysis and recommendations on growth and prioritization
• Contribute to business reviews and translate product economics for executives
• Build and lead a high-performing finance & strategy team and scale to support product growth
• Drive process improvement and analytics scalability, leveraging AI and automation for advanced analysis

Key requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product finance, strategic finance or FP&A in high-growth payments/fintech/enterprise SaaS
• Deep experience in revenue-oriented financial modeling (pricing, unit economics, forecasting) with ability to architect integrated models
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders and influencing strategic decisions through financial insights
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing finance teams (hands-on, coaching)
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with ability to create structure
• Working knowledge of SQL and handling large, complex datasets
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership materials
