- Perform financial analysis, underwriting, and structuring of Custom Credit Banking relationships with complex collateral
- Efficiently analyze borrower and collateral risk, including business financial statements and tax returns
- Communicate credit recommendations verbally and in writing; lead credit negotiations
- Drive private banking credit execution to meet asset quality, revenue, and profitability goals
- Monitor existing portfolio and provide timely risk assessments and remedial recommendations
- Engage with clients in advisory capacity alongside a Custom Credit Banker
- Collaborate with management and regional teams to ensure timely completion of work
- Lead complex initiatives across a large geographic region to deliver high-impact credit solutions
- Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues; exercise independent judgment without direct supervision
- 5+ years of wealth underwriting experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education
