Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Business Partner for assigned business areas, collaborating with divisional leaders as FP&A advisor
• Lead core planning and reporting rhythms: monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Translate financial data into clear narratives for senior leadership, board and committee materials
• Support decisions through financial modelling, product profitability, revenue analysis, vendor performance review and scorecards
• Coordinate with HR Partners on headcount, compensation forecasting and capacity planning
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, planning methods and use of finance tools
• Contribute to the Finance team's longer-term maturity journey, including data governance and AI-enabled analysis

Key requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A and finance business partnering experience
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, budgeting and management reporting capability
• Ability to turn data into a clear business narrative and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable with financial systems and reporting tools
• Evidence of critical thinking, ownership and judgement; able to identify issues, develop options and recommend a way forward
• Experience supporting process improvement, data governance, reporting enhancement or finance systems/tooling improvements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance or related field; CPA, MBA, CFA progress or similar credentials helpful
