Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant - Senior Manager

As an Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant at Senior Manager level, you drive finance transformation for clients using Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM. You will guide cross-functional teams to design and deliver financial solutions across finance, operations, and governance, while leveraging advances in analytics, RPA, and ML. You lead large projects, foster high-performing teams, and maintain delivery excellence. This role offers strategic client interaction and opportunities to shape finance capabilities at scale.

• Lead finance transformation initiatives enabled by Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM
• Guide clients in leveraging Oracle offerings to address finance, operations, and governance challenges
• Apply expertise in Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management to enhance reporting and analysis
• Develop strategic solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and risk management using Oracle tech
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and propose innovative solutions
• Navigate cross-border engagements and diverse teams to achieve goals
• Encourage open communication with teams and clients to build trust
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting within Oracle systems
• Promote integration of RPA, ML, and Analytics to advance finance capabilities
• Coach teams in strategic questioning and analytical thinking

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 6 years of experience
• Proficient in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, Expenses, CM, AR, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants, FA, AHCS/FAH)
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, Hyperion Financial Management
• Ability to manage complex cross-border engagements and diverse teams
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Technical knowledge in Oracle Finance specialization
