You'll work with sponsors, lenders, and developers on cross-border deals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to move transactions from diligence to closing. Responsibilities

• Advise sponsors, lenders, investors, and developers on project finance and infrastructure transactions
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary financing documentation
• Support transactions across energy, power, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, including renewables
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale domestic and international matters
• Manage transactional workflows from diligence through closing

Key requirements

• 2+ years of substantive experience in finance-related transactional work
• Experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and/or private equity transactions
• Exposure to domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition and development financings
• Prior experience at a top-tier U.S. or international law firm preferred
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to manage complex transactions in fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage client relationships with ease
