Overview

In this role you drive the day-to-day implementation of planning, reporting, and performance management processes within Google's AI-enabled forecasting initiatives. You will collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to map current workflows and design future-state processes, surfacing gaps and aligning leadership on resolution. You shape end-to-end design-to-deployment for a broad, Alphabet-wide integrated planning platform that delivers real-time insights to inform decisions. You'll foster a culture of continuous learning across transformation workstreams, contributing to scalable, data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day implementation of P2R processes, tools, and systems
• Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows across cross-functional teams
• Surface caveats and present conflicting viewpoints to leadership for resolution
• Shape design-to-deployment approach for Alphabet-wide Integrated Planning and AI-powered forecasting system
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning across transformation workstreams

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or related function (or 5 years with advanced degree)
• Experience with enterprise analytics, reporting tools, and process optimization
• Expertise in business process mapping (current and future state) and developing governance frameworks
• Growing capability in change management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive in identifying roadblocks
