Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level recommendations on franchise financial performance, strategic initiatives, commercial strategy, and resource deployment
• Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and development
• Prepare and translate operating plans, forecasts, and product intro financial plans into actionable financial targets
• Perform price-volume analyses and interpret market trends impacting profitability
• Explain variances between actuals and forecasts; propose corrective actions
• Develop, monitor, and implement financial and inventory objectives
• Prepare P&L and communicate actual vs. budgeted results to management
• Create and oversee financial models and reports
• Support business unit objectives with financial insight and governance

Key requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years in finance; mix of public and private accounting preferred
• At least 3 years in a managerial role
• Advanced applied knowledge of inventory management
• Experience with Cognos and Hyperion
• Current experience with inventory management
• Progressive career with few job moves
• MBA and/or CPA preferred
