Overview

In this role you drive financial enablement to accelerate material into Raytheon's production and support strategic supplier initiatives. You'll partner with Supplier Performance Excellence, Logistics, and supplier engineering to reduce backlog and optimize capacity, while leading a small business risk mitigation workstream. The position requires executive communication, cross-functional process design, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role at RTX focused on improving delivery speed and financial performance in a constrained defense supply chain.

Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to Supplier Performance Excellence and Logistics teams
  • Accelerate material into factories via near-term investments (expedite agreements, capacity incentives, supplier CORE engagements)
  • Financially enable acceleration incentives on backlog material from the supplier's perspective
  • Lead small business capacity risk mitigation and investment workstream
  • Identify and implement opportunities to accelerate backlog in partnership with OSCQ Strategy Finance, S&OP, OSCQ SBU Finance
  • Provide budgetary support including Forecast, AOP, LRP, and EAC pools
  • Monitor warehouse and transportation utilization and model logistics' volume-driven financial needs
  • Support Supplier Engineering and Supplier Quality with ad hoc financial/data modeling
  • Act as strategic business partner for financial/data modeling needs
  • Demonstrate initiative to accelerate material flow and drive cross-functional results
  • Lead others to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
Key requirements
  • University Degree or equivalent experience with substantial relevant experience
  • Minimum 10-12 years in analytics, problem-solving, modeling, and executive communication
  • Experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments
  • Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship
  • Negotiations experience in Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
  • Strategic deal experience (preferred)
  • Proven ability to build consensus through influential communication
  • Willingness to travel to suppliers and work with embedded Raytheon teams
