- Build, develop, and manage new and existing business client relationships
- Assess client banking needs and process client information
- Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services

- Serve as the primary advisor delivering financial expertise and client-centric solutions
- Collaborate across the bank to manage customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Seven or more years of relevant experience
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
- Knowledge of cash flow management and commercial credit underwriting (preferred)
- Understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis
- Broad knowledge of bank products and services
- Ability to work cross-functionally to manage customer relationships
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
