Business Services Category Manager

As a Business Services Category Manager in our Procurement team, you will lead sourcing initiatives across corporate service categories and translate business needs into sourcing solutions. You'll drive cost optimization, improve service quality, and strengthen supplier partnerships to deliver measurable value. The role blends strategic execution with hands-on sourcing delivery and close cross-functional collaboration. • Execute procurement strategies across multiple corporate service categories
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including supplier selection and negotiations
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into sourcing solutions
• Manage supplier performance, contracts, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements and support procurement transformation initiatives

• Master's degree in business, procurement, finance, or related field
• 5-8+ years' experience in procurement or sourcing roles
• Proven track record delivering sourcing projects and measurable outcomes
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
