Principal, Business Consulting - Core Banking

As a Principal in Banking and Financial Services Consulting, you lead teams to deliver strategic programs tackling industry-specific challenges for top Banking clients. You will shape long-term visions, drive transformation, and help monetize data while advancing our consulting offerings. Your work partners with business and technology leaders to deliver impactful, measurable outcomes that align with the firm's mission of innovative, human-centric advisory. This role offers thought leadership opportunities and exposure to Fortune 500 institutions, with a focus on banking modernization and product strategy.

• Lead design and delivery of advisory and transformation engagements, standalone or within broader programs
• Advise clients on strategy and use cases leveraging industry best practices
• Manage a team to develop concise strategies, roadmaps, and re-engineering plans with implementation paths
• Oversee hypothesis formulation, data analysis, and synthesis of recommendations
• Collaborate with clients to define long-term vision and design downstream product, operational, and tech initiatives
• Direct global teams of consultants and experts to translate requirements into actionable initiatives with metrics
• Provide insights on Banking best practices and contribute to service offerings
• Coach and develop junior team members to deliver quality results and professional growth
• Lead small to mid-sized sales pursuits and business development activities from proposals to contracts

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent
• 7+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in management consulting at a top-tier firm
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams
• Successful business development history across the sales cycle
• Ability to travel up to 4 days/week
• Capacity to work in a cross-cultural, multi-time-zone environment
