Business Performance Improvement - Supply Chain & Operations - Sourcing & Procurement Manager

In this role you will lead end-to-end procure-to-pay transformations for clients, combining procurement know-how with hands-on platform implementation. You will steer P2P workstreams, configure multiple platforms, and translate data into actionable improvements. You'll mentor junior staff, contribute to proposals, and present to senior leadership. • Lead P2P transformation workstreams across requisition-to-order, PO management, invoice processing, supplier enablement, and payment optimization
• Serve as functional/technical SME on P2P platforms (Coupa, Ariba, GEP, Oracle Procurement Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Workday)
• Perform spend analysis and process mining to diagnose inefficiencies and quantify opportunities
• Design and optimize procurement processes aligned to client models, compliance, and tech capabilities
• Leverage automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Co-Pilot/Gen AI) to improve throughput and controls
• Develop and present findings, recommendations, and roadmaps to stakeholders including C-suite
• Mentor and coach consultants; oversee deliverables quality
• Support business development through proposal design and client presentations

• 5+ years in consulting, sourcing/procurement, or procurement technology; management consulting preferred
• Hands-on implementation experience with one or more P2P platforms
• Experience with spend analytics, process mining, KPI benchmarking, and P2P process design
• Experience with automation tools (Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate) and Gen AI tools a strong plus
• Strong communication skills for client relationships and executive-level presentations
• Leadership experience including mentoring, performance feedback, and cross-functional coordination
• Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, MIS, CS, or related field
