Manager Finance - Local Delivery

In this role you will provide strategic financial leadership to the function, guiding analysis and performance to support business goals and shareholder value. You will be part of the strategic leadership team, driving metrics, managing costs, and collaborating with finance and other functions to enable business success. You will oversee budgeting, monitor monthly results, and recommend actions to meet targets. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve processes and unlock competitive advantage. Located at the Store Support Center in Atlanta, this role offers meaningful impact within a major retailer.

• Strategic analysis and problem solving to understand the business and drive improvements
• Plan and execute department objectives; participate in annual budgeting and monitor expenditures
• Review monthly metrics and ensure budgetary goals are met
• Conduct financial planning for the function and provide actionable recommendations
• Lead, plan, and coordinate financial activities; use metrics to track performance and manage workload
• Ensure operational processes comply with policies and drive key financial metrics
• Drive functional financial metrics and performance
• Develop and support strategic alliances with business partners and participate in cross-functional projects
• Facilitate cross-functional communication with Finance, HR, Real Estate, Operations, and IS

• Bachelor degree in a related field and at least 5 years of work experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial data analysis
• Experience with strategic planning and resource allocation
