Global Finance and Business Management - Corporate & Investment Bank - Fixed Income Financing Associate

In this role you will act as a key partner to the Fixed Income Financing desk to optimize liquidity and balance sheet decisions. You will collaborate with Treasury, Technology, and other Finance teams to deliver insightful financial analysis and robust reporting in a fast-paced, global environment. The role focuses on liquidity reporting, policy implementation, and process improvements that drive firmwide control and efficiency. You will influence strategic resource management and support cross-functional initiatives.

• Produce monthly and quarterly Liquidity PnL reports and their drivers with CIB Treasury collaboration
• Support the implementation and development of funding treasury policy
• Deliver detailed financial analysis and reporting to desk heads and senior management
• Improve existing financial and reporting MIS on a monthly basis
• Drive controls and new business initiatives using new technology
• Coordinate front and back office to resolve control and reporting issues timely
• Collaborate with various Lines of Business on balance sheet and net funding allocations
• Handle ad-hoc data requests and analyses

• 2+ years in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA) and experience with finance systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a control mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Demonstrated experience with process improvements
