Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior OLAA leaders on talent, organization design, and workforce strategy
  • Lead initiatives that boost employee engagement and leadership effectiveness
  • Collaborate with COEs and HR Services to align programs with organizational objectives
  • Support complex organizational effectiveness projects and change initiatives
  • Provide input to client groups on business plan priorities and strategic planning
  • Apply emotional intelligence in executive coaching for senior leaders
  • Champion HR programs and organizational values and culture
  • Navigate organizational dynamics and contribute to policy improvements
Key requirements
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including consulting
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and program implementation
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Knowledge of local/regional labor laws and compliance requirements
