As Sr. People Experience Partner, you will align local HR delivery with JLL's global HR strategy to enable business priorities. You'll partner with leadership and Centers of Excellence to elevate the employee experience and support talent to perform at their best. You'll tackle cross-country opportunities, design sustainable solutions, and lead moments that matter across the employee lifecycle. The role blends HR expertise, business acumen, and hands-on coaching to foster inclusion and trusted partnerships. - Act as local delivery expert for global HR strategy and ensure local policies align with it
- Manage 1-2 direct reports including coaching and career development
- Serve as primary HR partner for accounts, directing strategy and execution of HR processes
- Proactively identify vertical and country-wide opportunities and develop sustainable solutions
- Enhance employee experience during onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, etc.
- Contribute to culture of inclusion and belonging
- Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results
- Manage employee relations and performance management in collaboration with Employee Relations and Performance Coach teams
- Provide consultation through coaching, training, and advisory support
- Build trust through strong relationships with employees and People Partners
- Support transitions, expansions, and/or decommissions as applicable
- Communicate effectively across stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- Avoid visa sponsorship as a requirement for candidates
- Maintain awareness of financial acumen in role and budgets may be relevant
- Support leadership development and capability building
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with Employee Relations (investigations, claims, performance management)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (e.g., BS in HR, business administration)
- Experience in a matrixed, geographically distributed organization
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Transition/expansion/decommission experience preferred
- Strong financial acumen preferred
- Past people manager experience preferred
- Skilled facilitator and trainer
- Influence without direct ownership
