In this role, you will drive high-quality data governance for Business Banking data, partnering across Product, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk, and Data Management to define data requirements and ensure proper lifecycle protection. You'll uplift metadata, support data integration into analytics platforms, and implement processes that identify and mitigate data risks. You will translate business needs into clear data specifications, remediate data issues, and maintain documentation to improve data understanding and reuse. This position offers the chance to shape data strategy and enable analytics and AI/ML initiatives at scale.

- Define scope, meaning, ownership, and classification of critical Business Banking data
- Plan development and delivery of product data to support objectives, analytics, AI/ML, and reporting
- Document requirements for data accuracy, lineage, metadata, and consumption across stakeholders
- Execute processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks (protection, retention, storage, access, quality)
- Collaborate with Technology, Product, Analytics, Operations, Risk, and Control to investigate data issues and support remediation
- Support integration of Business Banking data into approved analytics and reporting platforms while maintaining governance
- Track workstreams, issues, KPIs, and deliverables for transparent execution of data initiatives
- Maintain documentation of data models, structures, rules, metadata, and delivery processes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years in data-related field (data management, governance, analytics, engineering, or quality)
- Experience with business or product data requirements, documentation, issue analysis, or data controls
- Knowledge of data management concepts (metadata, quality, privacy/security, retention, governance)
- Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and collaborate with tech teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and work with cross-functional partners
- Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, cloud/big-data platforms, or data modeling concepts
