Senior Finance Analyst - M&A Integration

In this role you will drive post-close value realization by integrating acquired companies into Procore's ecosystem. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to realize synergy and financial objectives, bridging deal strategy with operations. You'll manage end-to-end post-acquisition workstreams, track progress, and mitigate integration risks, placing you at the center of Procore's growth strategy. This role offers visibility into how deals are valued, executed, and transformed into scalable results.

• Lead end-to-end post-acquisition finance integration workstreams from Day 1 readiness to full operational synergy realization
• Define and execute Finance integration roadmaps to align deal theses with day-to-day operations
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations to align timelines and deliverables
• Analyze target company data across financial, operational, and organizational systems to identify priorities and monitor synergy realization
• Build and maintain integration trackers, dashboards, and status reports to surface risks for executive review
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and stand-ups to maintain momentum and accountability
• Document operational processes, decisions, and learnings to scale the M&A integration playbook

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's, in M&A integration, corporate development, or finance transformation
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar consolidation tools
• Advanced Excel or SQL skills for reconciling complex data across disparate systems
• Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insight under tight deadlines
• Proven project management discipline with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive cross-functional accountability
• Outstanding cross-functional communication skills to translate details between technical, financial, and executive stakeholders
