Overview

In this Finance Manager role, you will partner with diverse leaders across VPs, Directors, engineers and product managers to translate customer and operational metrics into clear global financial narratives. You will drive investment decisions, manage multiple workstreams into a cohesive financial story, and support global CS finance teams with strategic guidance. You'll maintain accurate financial submissions, deliver monthly reviews to senior leaders, and identify risks and opportunities to exceed ROI targets. This role blends global project finance with controllership and requires executive presence to shape customer service and cost-to-serve performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mechanisms to track financial performance against commitments with NS Directors, engineers and planners
• Deliver comprehensive monthly worldwide financial reviews with actionable insights for senior leadership
• Partner with WW FP&A to ensure storylines flow from Network Solutions to wider teams
• Collaborate with Global CS Finance on Demand reduction and Supply Optimization to align metrics and outcomes
• Own analysis translating engineering commitments into operational plans to drive cost improvements
• Collaborate with Network Solution Finance, Science and Economist teams to develop customer value cost processes
• Support cost-out initiatives and knowledge transfer on financial systems
• Ensure accuracy of financial submissions and provide ongoing ad-hoc support and guidance across NS teams

Key requirements

• 5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Advanced SQL skills for data mining and BI
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data to inform strategy
• 5+ years of cross-functional initiative experience driving financial performance and strategy
