Responsibilities

• Advise lenders, sponsors and borrowers on financing transactions (acquisition finance, corporate lending, real estate finance)
• Draft and negotiate finance documents and terms
• Manage transactions end-to-end and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex financing matters

Key requirements

• 3+ years' PQE in Banking & Finance
