Oracle Finance Senior Consultant

In this role you help clients define their cloud strategy and deliver Oracle Cloud Financials implementations that drive performance. You'll work with stakeholders to design processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and support transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and decision-making. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value across project phases and contribute to business development. • Gather requirements and design business processes for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• Perform fit-gap analysis and create functional designs and process flows
• Prototype, configure, test, and support training and post-go-live activities
• Develop current-state and future-state process designs and identify efficiency and control opportunities
• Prepare project deliverables and coordinate workstreams across project phases
• Support internal business development efforts such as proposals and pursuit materials
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Lead or co-lead workstreams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Functional implementation experience with 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• 3+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules
• Experience documenting requirements, process design (current/future state), fit-gap analysis, and conference room pilots
• Experience with functional configuration, testing, and user training
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
