Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of tailored SimCorp Dimension solutions aligned with client goals
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable strategies
• Mentor and guide junior consultants to ensure quality project delivery
• Troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions to improve service delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, workflows, and technical specs
• Manage client relationships and provide regular updates to exceed expectations
• Drive process improvements and best practices across engagements
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge

Key requirements

• Experience as Analyst or Implementation Consultant for asset managers, asset owners, banks or consulting firms
• Expertise in at least two areas such as Asset Management Back Office/Financial Reporting; Consulting in Asset Management; or implementation experience with Asset Management software
• 3-5 years hands-on experience with investment operations and related enterprise applications (asset management focus)
• Hands-on with IBOR functions on the buy side; experience with applications similar to SimCorp Dimension is a plus
• Experience with trade processing, confirmation, or settlement processes is a plus
• Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, or Economics) or Mathematics/Applied Sciences preferred
• Self-starter with can-do mindset and task delivery discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
• Basic understanding of financial industry/products
• Hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension is a plus
• Ability to travel to client sites
• Hybrid work model: able to attend SimCorp office 2x/week
