Responsibilities

• Shape AI, GenAI and data-driven business reinvention opportunities
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI/data integration
• Define and structure an AI & data strategy including data assets and platform blueprint
• Assess maturity of AI/Data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundations
• Create building blocks for an AI-first organization and future-ready operating model
• Develop business case, ROI and roadmap highlighting revenue upside and cost takeout
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships and innovative culture
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
• Define strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities
• Travel up to 80% as needed to meet client expectations

Key requirements

• 3+ years in AI and Data Strategy space with related skills (Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI)
• 3+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience
• 3+ years leading workstreams and delivering large-scale Finance processes/projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)
• If applicable, associate degree with minimum 6 years' experience

• Strong program management and communication skills
• Driven and entrepreneurial mindset for deal origination and client engagement
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
