HR Business Partner, Sub-Same Day Fulfillment Centers (SSD-FC)

In this role you enable HR generalist support for a large hourly workforce and business leaders, focusing on talent management and employee experience to drive operational excellence. You partner with leaders to implement HR initiatives, guided by data-driven insights and HR metrics. You may lead a small team and own projects that enhance the employee experience. This onsite role combines strategic influence with hands-on execution to improve site effectiveness and people outcomes.

• Improve site effectiveness by diagnosing systemic patterns, addressing root causes, and making high-judgment policy-aligned decisions
• Leverage data analytics to forecast challenges and implement proactive site-level solutions
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; stay connected on the floor to surface insights
• Coach leaders on performance management, team development, and complex employee relations
• Promote equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement
• Drive adoption of HR technology and AI tools while ensuring high-touch service in critical moments

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2+ years in Amazon or related roles)
• 2+ years of HR experience or related fields (e.g., operations, customer service, logistics)
• Experience supporting/onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, and talent management
• Preferred: experience in operational environments (manufacturing, distribution) and strong collaboration with leaders
