Enterprise Business Intel Analyst II

In this role, you'll partner with analysts and business teams to drive data-driven insights. You lead report development with a focus on clear visuals and automation, turning business needs into actionable dashboards. You'll guide requirements, demonstrate reports, and push improvements to enhance analytics. You'll stay current with Power BI and other visualization tools to support decision-making at BOKF. This is a chance to shape how leaders access data and insights across the organization.

• Lead report development projects with a focus on visualization, design, and automation
• Manage business requirements collection and translate needs into reports and insights
• Demonstrate reports to stakeholders and create supporting tools for adoption
• Recommend reporting improvements and lead development to enhance existing reporting
• Coordinate reporting delivery and issue resolution with business partners
• Research and communicate latest advancements in Power BI and other visualization tools

• 3+ years of experience with BI visualization tools and their implementation (Power BI preferred, or Tableau/Qlik)
• Strong SQL skills
• Solid understanding of dashboard design principles, data visualization, and reporting
• Ability to work with large data sets and communicate trends effectively
• Proven ability to drive projects to completion independently and with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic database understanding and data modeling is a plus
