Overview

As VP of Finance - Ambulatory, you drive financial performance for Aspirus's medical group and ambulatory sites. You provide strategic financial guidance to operational leaders and collaborate with cross-functional finance and operations teams to support the system's strategy. You'll use data analytics to surface risks and opportunities and lead improvement initiatives from plan to implementation. This role is a key finance leader, aligning ambulatory finances with Aspirus's mission and vision.

Responsibilities

• Support financial management for Aspirus medical group and ambulatory areas
• Oversee day-to-day activities that influence financial performance
• Optimize cost structures and pursue growth opportunities
• Analyze data to identify financial risks and opportunities
• Provide guidance to operational leadership for informed decision-making
• Drive improvement initiatives through to implementation
• Coordinate with finance and operations leaders across the system to support strategy

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance
• Eight to ten years of healthcare financial management experience
• Four to five years of financial management experience in a medical group setting
• Master's degree in business administration or similar (preferred)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) desired
