As Senior Finance Director at JLL Work Dynamics, you will lead the financial performance and governance for multiple client accounts. You will partner with account leadership to drive commercial results and continuous improvement across finance operations. You shape financial strategy, oversee budgets and reporting, and ensure robust controls and data integrity. Responsibilities

• Drive commercial results across multiple client accounts
• Oversee master services agreements, pricing variations, and contract pricing
• Improve account-wide operational efficiency as part of account leadership
• Manage savings commitments and ensure proper pricing, documentation, and approvals
• Own finance-related contract KPIs to minimize commercial impact
• Provide governing financial services with focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Lead month-end, forecasting, budgeting, and related reporting
• Ensure robust accounting controls, reporting accuracy, and process excellence
• Maintain data integrity across JD Edwards and operational platforms (CAAPs, Corrigo)
• Support audit readiness and peer reviews across accounts
• Build trusted client finance relationships and deliver timely financial reporting
• Support achievement of KPIs and client satisfaction beyond base expectations
• Lead and develop JLL finance teams and Shared Services for efficient operations
• Champion system implementation, data integration, and AI-driven productivity improvements
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, and governance frameworks

Key requirements

• Professional qualification: CA, CPA, or equivalent
• 10+ years post-qualification experience in financial leadership
• Experience managing financial and commercial aspects of client contracts
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Proven collaboration with senior leaders on complex challenges
• Excellent communication skills for finance and non-finance audiences
• Ability to manage multiple complex deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinking with risk identification and process improvement
• Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools; strong analytics and systems capability
• Process automation and data-led reporting experience
