Supervisor of Business Systems Analysis

In this role you will develop, implement, and support Ferrotec's Oracle ERP and integrate it with business systems. You will lead ERP projects, align IT solutions with business goals, and drive cross-functional collaboration across locations. You will analyze user needs, test improvements, and provide training and leadership to IS teams. This is a chance to shape ERP-driven processes in a multi-location manufacturing environment and enable strategic change.

• Lead planning, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle ERP and related information systems
• Document requirements, define scope, and align systems with business strategies
• Set deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage project schedules
• Analyze user needs, simulate process improvements, and test changes
• Communicate changes and provide training to affected business units
• Prepare status reports, coordinate meetings, and resolve technical issues
• Provide IS leadership for Oracle ERP and other business systems; coordinate support across users
• Oversee multiple projects and guide teams to ensure deliverables meet objectives

• BA/BS degree with minimum 10 years relevant experience
• Experience with implementing changes in a continuous improvement environment
• Willingness to travel and support multi-location operations
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations; hands-on configuration of modules (INV, PO, OM, MRP, BOM, WIP, SLA, Costing)
