Finance Manager

In this role you will lead the HR budget and contract lifecycle, partnering with HR leaders to manage spend and ROI. You'll ensure financial accuracy from business case to contracts, and provide leadership with high-level spend analysis. You will work cross-functionally on governance, vendor terms, and PO processes to keep HR initiatives on track. This role offers visibility to HR leadership and the chance to shape how HR investments drive business results. • Lead the HR budget and contract lifecycle, guiding business cases and presenting to HR leaders
• Oversee budget governance and dashboards, tracking spend against established budgets
• Partner with Supply Chain and Legal on RFPs, vendor terms, and contract language
• Manage PO submissions and daily approvals for vendor engagement
• Coordinate end-to-end invoice processing and provide GL allocation reports
• Conduct quarterly ROI and schedule/performance reviews to assess ROI and deadlines

• 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, HR operations, budget management, or related field
• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, HR management, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Google Suite and financial reporting systems is a plus
