Overview

As an ERP Consultant, you drive digital transformation by designing and implementing ERP solutions with a finance focus. You guide clients from analysis through go-live and ongoing finance support, ensuring secure, compliant, and optimized financial processes. You will tailor BC Finance implementations, lead training, and support change management in a collaborative, client-facing role. Responsibilities

• ERP implementation and configuration coordination based on client processes and priorities
• Customization of ERP systems with industry-specific workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Finance process tuning and integration with ERP
• End-user and admin training, testing, and test planning
• Ongoing support and system maintenance
• Data security and compliance safeguarding
• Meticulous documentation of configurations and customizations
• Change management support to minimize blockers and enable adoption

Key requirements

• 5+ years of ERP experience, especially with BC Finance
• Experience guiding end-to-end implementations from analysis to finance support
• Travel availability around 25-40%
• Strong accounting and finance background
• Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
