Overview

As part of the Debt Finance Global Product Group, you will support complex financing transactions for lenders and borrowers. You'll structure and execute cross-border debt financings, including leveraged and infrastructure finance, working with financial institutions, corporates, sponsors, and funds. You'll collaborate with a global team to deliver clear, pragmatic advice and drive sophisticated financing outcomes. This role offers exposure to high-profile deals and a culture that values collaboration and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of debt finance matters (leveraged finance, private credit, infrastructure finance, fund finance, corporate lending, syndicated facilities)
• Structure and execute domestic and cross-border financings, including asset/infrastructure-backed deals
• Advise both lender- and borrower-side mandates and support complex restructuring and refinancing
• Engage with multinational clients and sponsor-side representations to deliver practical solutions
• Collaborate with other practice groups and clients to navigate regulatory and commercial considerations

Key requirements

• J.D. from a US law school; high academic achievement
• Admission to the New York Bar or ability to waive into it
• Admitted to or able to waive into the Washington, DC bar
• Experience with sponsor-side representation
• Prior experience in a peer law firm
• Experience in cross-border financing and complex financings
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team-player attitude
