In this role you will drive financial leadership for Amazon's global Pricing & Promotions, shaping the Cost Out Initiative and partnering with Pricing Product Management to evaluate strategic ideas. Responsibilities

• Manage the Cost Out Initiative program for WW Pricing
• Partner with Pricing Product Management to identify and size new strategic initiatives
• Set up, execute and analyze pricing experiments to drive long term free cash flow
• Provide critical insights through monthly and quarterly reporting for the program
• Build deep knowledge across business areas and stay current on initiatives and opportunities
• Own end-to-end financial reporting and analysis for pricing, delivering actionable insights
• Build scalable financial models and perform deep-dive analyses to identify optimization opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams across geographies to implement best practices and drive standardization
• Deliver data-driven, concise communications to influence senior leadership decisions

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
• 5+ years applying KPIs to analyses
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy
• 5+ years dissecting financial data to support business strategy
