Overview

In this role you partner with MFN leadership to deliver financial analysis that informs growth, efficiency, and seller experience improvements for the MFN channel. You will mine data from a large data warehouse, build financial models, and support senior leaders with insights for decision making on shipping economics and seller programs. You'll streamline MFN reporting, own sub-channel P&Ls, and develop frameworks that reveal unit economics and channel profitability. The work supports NASBP's mission to grow profitability and improve the seller's experience in NA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MFN leadership to deliver financial analysis and insights guiding strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting reflecting MFN performance with accuracy and compliance
• Own shadow P&L queries and analytical frameworks for MFN unit economics and program impact
• Create financial models for cost-benefit analyses supporting MFN initiatives
• Mine large-scale data from Amazon's data warehouse to generate actionable insights on shipping economics and seller behavior
• Collaborate to identify process improvements and automate reporting for efficiency
• Streamline MFN finance reports with scalable, auditable data processes

Key requirements

• 5+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical experience
• 6+ years applying KPIs to analyses
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives
• 5+ years dissecting financial data to support strategy
