In this AVP role, you drive ETF sales origination and client coverage within Citi's Prime Finance/Delta One, partnering with the Lead ETF Salesperson to grow buy-side penetration. You will introduce Citi's capabilities to hedge funds, asset managers, and pension funds, and help onboard new clients while maintaining governance and risk controls. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on revenue growth and market share expansion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offerings with client needs and Citi standards.

- Refine and execute ETF sales and marketing plans to grow Citi's client footprint in Prime Finance.
- Acquire and manage buy-side clients, expanding relationships and driving adoption of Citi's Prime Finance/Delta One offerings.
- Support the Lead ETF Salesperson in managing the sales pipeline, preparing pitch books, and coordinating client follow-ups.
- Coordinate with ETF trading desks, structuring, product development, legal, and credit risk for smooth onboarding.
- Leverage the broader Prime Finance and Global Markets teams to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain governance and control with Legal, Compliance, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance.
- Foster responsible finance culture, cost discipline, governance, and ethics.
- Assess risk/reward of transactions and client relationships, safeguarding the firm's reputation.
- Adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and applicable policies; obtain required licenses as needed.
- Manage reputational risk and escalate control issues with transparency.
- 2-5 years of relevant financial services experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Client-facing experience with buy-side clients (ETF providers, hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds).
- Proven track record in sales origination or complex sales cycles within Global Markets or Prime Finance; ETFs or equity derivatives experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills; clear written and verbal communication.
- Broad client relationships in institutional buy-side space preferred.
- Must have or be able to obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses (Series 3/57/55 beneficial depending on region).
