Overview

In this role you will support GPO administration, reporting, and analytics to drive strategic financial insights for the Commercial Organization. You will collaborate with National and Regional Sales and Operations to implement reporting for GPO contracts and analyze contract performance. You'll own ad-hoc analytics, membership controls, and fee reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. This is a hands-on finance position at a leading diagnostics provider with opportunities to shape pricing, reporting processes, and cross-functional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cross-reference of Quest Diagnostics client numbers and all GPO membership rosters for accurate administrative fee reporting
• Analyze monthly/quarterly client revenue to determine administrative fee amounts per GPO contract
• Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to stakeholders and GPO customers
• Audit new account setups to ensure consistency between fee schedules and GPO membership tracking
• Audit negative revenue trends to ensure consolidated invoice accuracy for fee payment
• Maintain databases and queries in Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL (MS/Oracle) used in monthly reporting
• Develop tools and processes to streamline administrative fee tracking, payment, and reporting
• Collaborate with RFP team to provide data/analytics for GPO RFIs/RFPs
• Coordinate with Sales Support/Pricing Ops/CB&S to ensure pricing and account setups comply with GPO terms
• Lead cross-functional projects to align Pricing and Account Setup with GPO contract terms
• Support transition of regional GPO payments to GPO Finance by collaborating with Regional finance teams

Key requirements

• BS in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Finance, Project Management, or Customer Solutions roles
• Strong understanding of QDSS tables and billing account linkages
• Knowledge of laboratory payors, CPT coding, and billing/reimbursement dynamics
• Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel, MS Access, MS SQL, Oracle SQL, Tableau, Power BI
