As a Relationship Manager in PNC's Business Banking team, you will nurture client relationships to drive revenue and market share while managing risk. You'll coordinate with internal partners to deliver a full range of PNC products and support clients' financial well-being. You'll analyze needs, propose solutions, and leverage tools to identify opportunities and deepen engagement. This role blends relationship building with credit and risk considerations in a supportive, client-focused environment.

- Manage a book of clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share toward sales goals
- Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships with direction, including origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products
- Assess and mitigate risk across regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit areas to protect risk-adjusted returns
- Identify client opportunities and insights to increase engagement and loyalty
- Build internal and external networks, presenting the full bank solution to clients and increasing share of wallet
- Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities
- Analyze and mitigate credit risk following internal policies
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to analyze financials and assess credit risk
- Experience in client relationship management and sales within a banking context
- Knowledge of credit products and risk management principles
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
