In this role you contribute to Garver's aviation-focused finance practice by leading CIP financial planning, financing analyses, and business-case development. You will support marketing and pursuit efforts while building client relationships across the U.S. and shaping financial strategies for airport capital investments. Responsibilities
  • Lead CIP financial planning and scenario analyses for airport capital projects
  • Model debt service and evaluate financing alternatives (bonds, other instruments)
  • Develop plans of finance including cash flows, bond schedules, and impact on airline rates
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility studies
  • Conduct financial modeling to support infrastructure investments and make recommendations
  • Develop airline and non-airline rates and charges models and participate in negotiations
  • Prepare PFC budgets and applications; set CFC rates and negotiate terms
  • Support marketing/pursuit efforts to establish a national aviation finance practice
  • Collaborate with Garver teams (engineering, planning) to cross-sell services
Key requirements
  • 6+ years in airport/aviation financial planning and modeling
  • Aviation financial analysis experience across airside, terminal, landside projects
  • Consulting experience with solid client networks at commercial service airports
  • Knowledge of Title 2 CFR Part 200, FAA grant assurances, and airport funding structures
  • Strong communication skills; ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Experience with debt structures and different financing alternatives
